Autism and ADHD training
Book Peak Inclusion to deliver a specialist or bespoke autism and ADHD inclusion workshop. All workshops are available in person or online and have regular breaks, activities and opportunities for advice.
40-50% of adults feel excluded from society and not valued because of their condition or impairment (Scope).
Workshops have regular process breaks to help support a welcoming and inclusive learning environment. One to one advice is available throughout the session and participants will receive a copy of the presentation and takeaways to help put their learning into action.
Choose from the specialist Peak Inclusion presentation or one made completely bespoke for you.
I also offer the workshop presentations for purchase, so your autistic stakeholders can present them.

Full and half day workshops
Full day workshops are available in person or online, with regular breaks included. They can be facilitated online as one 5 hour session, or across two days as two 2.5 hour sessions. Half day workshops are available in person or online, with process breaks included. They can be facilitated as one 3 hour session.
Part one – Understanding autism and ADHD
The full day workshop is a deep dive, while the half day workshop is an overview. Together we enjoy teambuilding activities to help develop a deeper understanding of autism, and how it affects us. I speak from my own experience, credit other people’s, and cite studies to make sure you understand as many different perspectives as possible.
This session will take you through:
- Neurodevelopmental differences.
- Executive function challenges, impact and adaptations.
- Memory, information, and communication differences.
- Sensory sensitivities and nervous system regulation.
- Autistic strengths and why we matter.
Part two – Reasonable adjustments
Reasonable adjustments are a legal requirement under the Equality Act 2010, but they don’t need to be expensive or complicated. The full and half day workshops help you build the confidence, understanding and perspectives needed to develop your own suite of information and ideas to kickstart the drive for accessibility and inclusion.
This session will take you through:
- What reasonable adjustments are.
- Your legal requirements.
- How to identify barriers.
- How to create adjustments.
- What you can do for your stakeholders.
