Peak Inclusion

Autism and ADHD accessibility training and consultancy

Accessibility is as unique as the individual and together we can create environments and services that are accessible to the millions of disabled and neurodivergent people across the UK.

“75% of disabled people and their families have walked away from a UK business because of poor accessibility and customer service.” (The Purple Pound)

“Being autistic with ADHD means every session is personal, I create a safe space for everyone to learn and grow together, so they can go on to champion equity and inclusion both individually and as a team.”

Available online or in person, the full and half day workshops help you to develop your understanding of autism and the impact it has on your autistic stakeholders. About Peak Inclusion

Aged 36 and after 15 years of working in the autism sector, I was diagnosed with autism and ADHD, proving that the barriers autistic girls face go deeper than even I could ever imagine. I’m Sarah and throughout my career I have led on autism friendly cinema screenings, libraries, and zoos.

Newly diagnosed and surrounded by the beautiful Peak District, Peak Inclusion was the natural next step in my journey.

I work across the country, online and in person, to improve disabled access across society, with particular focus on ADHD and autism friendly environments.

I’m proud to have trained hundreds of people in, and provided specialist consultancy for, local and national organisations and businesses across the UK.

You can be assured that all services I provide are built on a foundation of research and other experiences less privileged than my own, because equality is not possible without challenging the societal and systemic barriers people continue to face.

Disability inclusion is a fast-changing landscape and I hope to work with you to be at the forefront of a rapidly growing movement for an equal and equitable society for all.

“Peak Inclusion is the result of over 15 years of professional autism expertise, over 10 years of accessibility training experience, and a lifetime of autistic and ADHD challenges. I speak from my own background, but I also bring a wealth of stories and research credited to the experts who provided them.”
